RETURNS

If the purchased product does not meet your expectations, you can make a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to make a return

  1. Fill out the return form.
  2. Include proof of purchase - a fiscal receipt is recommended.
  3. Pack the product securely and send the package back.

Conditions for accepting the return

The returned product should:

  • idle
  • have original tags
  • show no signs of use
  • be returned unchanged

Our products are largely handmade and may include natural decorative elements, and we put a lot of work and heart into their creation. Each piece is created with attention to detail and respect for craftsmanship. Therefore, we ask that you measure your products gently, preferably without jewelry or makeup that could leave marks on the material.

We accept returns only for products in pristine, unused condition and with a set of original tags.

Thank you for your understanding and for your respect for the work of the artisans who make up Zua World.

Products that are damaged, dirty or have signs of use cannot be accepted as a return.

International returns

Orders at the Zua World store may be shipped from different warehouses depending on the country of delivery and product availability.

Products can be shipped from:

  • warehouse in Poland (handling orders within the European Union)
  • Bali warehouse in Indonesia (handling international orders)

For orders shipped from a warehouse in Bali, the product return should be sent back to the address of the warehouse from which the order was shipped.

The cost of returning the product shall be borne by the customer.

Return of payment

Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
